Oceanview Haven

Very short walk to the beach. Due to where it is situated, the beach below this condo development is super quiet and not crowded, even end of June/early July. Very walkable town, but not at all overrun with tourists. Quiet community but easy to get to area attractions with a car. Very nice accommodations overall and they are very responsive and helpful hosts.

We had an incredible stay for over 2 weeks. We had a unique situation and weren’t sure how long we would need to stay. The property was flexible and let us extend our stay as needed. We loved the open feel upstairs and the high end, comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. No AC but it stayed cool enough with the breeze when we left the doors open. Loved the bright, inviting space and easy beach access. Only drawback was that the complex was difficult to access on foot with a stroller, but everything else was stellar!

We loved our stay! The place was nicely remodeled, great kitchen, and the view was great for sure!!! One note, and not a complaint, but more of a suggestion: We own a beach rental ourselves, and my wife & I made a bad assumption that a "beach pad" would be stocked with nice, large beach towels, which are very inexpensive(Costco), and also at least a few beach chairs. These items were not listed in the amenities, so again, we're not complaining, but suggesting that the owner might want to add these items. The average family will assume that a place by the beach will have beach "stuff", especially at 500/night. Otherwise, we had a great time.... we did head out buy some towels, an umbrella & beach chairs at Costco for the week.Special thanks:Free of clutter, Clear instructions, Helpful instructions , Walkable

This condo is really quite nice and the view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful, especially at sunset! The complex itself is well maintained with the exception of the old creaky dirty elevators which can and do break down. It should be noted that it isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The stairs are doable with caution and the tub shower combo is not the safest if you’re not agile enough to climb into the tub. The walk in shower in the other bathroom is great, however. The rental agent, Ashley was most accommodating with whatever problems we initially had. She responded immediately and we were most appreciative of her assistance. The surrounding area abounds with restaurants and shops. The complex is quiet and people are pleasant. All in all a positive experience.

Phenomenal location - it doesn’t get better than this if you’re looking to be able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean and bright. Be aware that the condo unit does not have AC. You’re close enough to the ocean that you’ll get a little breeze if you keep all the doors open, but if you run hot you’ll likely find the temperature uncomfortable.

Checking process was smooth. The place looked better in real life then on the pictures. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Beach chairs and boogie boards were in the closet and they were a pleasant surprise. The bed mattresses were so comfortable I had to check the brand. We had a super good time and would consider renting again.

This place is incredible — beautiful views and super modern. Beautiful touches. And it’s right next to the elevator that shoots straight down to the parking spot, so convenient even though it’s on the 3rd floor. Feels luxurious and even has good surf right out front! The ocean beach and tennis club looks old, but this place is swanky.

Was able to transfer to #331 after 3 days in #228. Jose Espinosa totally had our backs. 331 was beautiful, light-filled, high quality appliances, with a view of the beach. Everything was brand new, floor, cabinets, appliances, towels, TVs, etc. Suggestions for the owner, have fireplace fixed, 2nd shower door sealed, fix garbage disposal. For renters staying more than a week, a lightweight vacuum to clean floors and carpets, a drying rack for laundry, a bar across the tall space in laundry room to hang clothes. We spent a month there and hated to leave.
